Curt Nicolin High School is a high school in Finspång. We are a non-profit school that is 49% owned by the municipality of Finspång and 51% by the companies in the municipality. We work closely with our owner companies and other employers in the industrial as well as in the healthcare and care sectors, which thus promote the approach between school and working life. Currently,

Curt Nicolin High School has four national programs; Industrial Engineering, Electricity and Energy, Technology- including TE4 and Health and Care Program. One of the school's goals is for all students to make a stay abroad during their studies. The purpose of the stay is to promote cultural encounters and counter intolerance. In recent years, we have focused on Northern Macedonia. In Northern Macedonia, we have built up an in-depth collaboration with both schools, companies and health care institutions. For a number of years we have been able to implement a number of projects in Northern Macedonia with the help of Erasmus +. The results have been brilliant on all levels. We see that the students gain an increased language competence, their personal development is strengthened and their vocational skills deepened, which has significantly strengthened their employability.

We are now excited to join the project Key to my Career by Having Intellectual Norms. As we have our own curriculum called The real curriculum we want to strength the training of the competencies further by working together with student from other countries in these matters. Our real curriculum contains large courses in:
